Please note that due to the perishable nature of live plants, we require notification within 48 hours of delivery for any health-related concerns.

Return Process

  Document Your Plant

  Take clear photos of the plant and its packaging from multiple angles to help our botanists assess its condition.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and photos to initiate a return or replacement request within 30 days.

  Prepare for Transit

  If a return is required, carefully secure the plant in its original nursery pot and protective boxing to prevent further stress during shipping.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy new specimen.
